"Really easy site to use"
The site was just easy to move around... in a good way! The categories actually made sense, and when I used search it brought up what I needed without any messing about.
Checkout was quick too, no odd steps, no confusing bits. I used it on my phone as well, which is usually where websites start annoying me, but it worked totally fine.

"Tracking was spot on, but I still expected an apology"
The order tracking itself worked really well and was accurate the whole way. That said, there was still a bit of hassle with the order, so I was kind of expecting at least a quick apology or acknowledgment.

Ordered a hair product from justbeauty.co.uk it was just what I was hoping for. It arrived looking legit, not like some old stock or fake stuff I’ve ended up with from other places before. I’ve used it a few times now and it’s been working really well, so... yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again.

So... I ordered a few skincare bits from Just Beauty they all seem completely genuine. The packaging was proper, sealed, and exactly like the ones I’ve picked up in shops before. I was a little unsure at first because the prices were good, but everything looks and feels authentic. Delivery was fine as well, so I’m happy and would order again.

"Payment took a minute"
Checkout did work in the end, so it wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but the payment page kind of dragged for me. I clicked through and then just sat there for a bit wondering if it actually went through or if I needed to refresh, which is always a little stressful. Eventually the confirmation came in, so all good, but yeah, that part could definitely feel a bit smoother...

Paying took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t terrible. What got annoying was that I kept getting different answers about the same thing, so I wasn’t really sure what to trust. Overall, the checkout worked, just slower than it should’ve been and a little frustrating.

I’ve ordered from justbeauty.co.uk a few times now, they’ve been really dependable. The parcels have shown up when expected each time, no chasing around or wondering where things are. If you’re thinking of ordering and delivery reliability matters to you, I’d say they’re a safe bet

"So many little hair finds"
I found all my usual hair stuff, which was great, but I also ended up noticing a few brands I’d never seen before. I liked that the shelves weren’t just filled with the same old bottles too — there were different sizes, scents, and little labels I actually stopped to read. Loads to choose from without feeling too overwhelming.

I ordered a few beauty bits from justbeauty.co.uk i was happy with what I paid. A couple of the things were cheaper than where I usually grab them, so it felt like a Decent little saving.
Delivery was fine overall, not Amazingly fast or anything, but it got here without any drama. Everything was packed okay and it was all exactly what I ordered, so no complaints there.
For the money, I can’t really grumble. I’d definitely use them again next time I need to stock up on a few bits...

Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone’s unsure about ordering from Just Beauty. I’ve used them a few times now and, i haven’t had any problems. My items turned up on time and in good condition each time. Obviously always do your own checks before buying anywhere online, but from my experience, they’ve been reliable.

I used justbeauty.co.uk when they had a discount code on, and I was half expecting it to be one of those dodgy ones that doesn’t work, but nah, it went through fine at checkout. Got a nice little saving on my order, so I was chuffed.
Looks like they run promos quite a bit too, so I’ll probs have a quick look there before buying beauty bits anywhere else. Site was simple to use, no messing about, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Good updates, no waiting around wondering"
Ordered from justbeauty for the first time the updates were really helpful. I’m not the most patient person when I’ve paid for something, so getting emails when it was packed and then sent was a relief. Delivery was fine too, no drama. Nice and easy, I’d use them again...
